Customers will be able to collect their wristbands and vouchers specific to this booking from the Rides Cashiers Booth.

After booking please print off your confirmation email which you will exchange for your wristbands on the day.

* Childrens wristbands are based on height, not age, please check out height restrictions on our website before making a purchase.

Ts&Cs

  1. The opening of all rides is dependent on the current weather conditions.
  2. Soft Play voucher is only included with the under 1.2 metres ticket
  3. Unlimited Rides Wristband is valid for one full day while the rides are open. Please see opening times for more details
  4. Meal Voucher (over 1.2 metres) can be exchanged for one main meal in Palm Court Restaurant up to the value of £20. Includes one soft drink. Bottled soft drinks not included. No cashback
  5. Children’s Meal Voucher in Palm Court Restaurant to the value of £7.95 - no cashback
  6. Sweet Treat Voucher is redeemable from any participating fast-food kiosk and can be exchanged for a small bag of donuts or an ice-cream.
  7. Sideshow Voucher is redeemable at Tin Can alley, Dolphin Derby or Premiership Challenge in the Rides area.
  8. 100 prize tickets redeemable from Arcades prize shop in either Palace Play or the Dome
  9. Residents discount code needs to be redeemed before August 31st 2024
