What if I can't print off my confirmation?
Don't worry if you can't print off your confirmation, our wristband operators will accept your confirmation on the screen of your phone. You will need to confirm the postcode used when purchasing the wristbands and your full name. P.S. bring along a form of ID. Once the wristbands are issued they will be marked as redeemed therefore duplication wristbands can not be issued.
I want to cancel or change my booking, what do I do?
Once purchased the wristbands cannot be cancelled, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. The wristband is valid on the date specified during booking only.
