Brighton Pier Ticket Terms & Conditions

Where to collect

1. All vouchers and wristbands can be collected from our ride’s kiosk by the Galaxia in the Rides area of Brighton Pier.
2. An email confirmation will be sent to you once you have completed your wristband purchase this will give you all information you will need to pick up your wristbands.

• Email confirmation with order number
• You may need to provide the first line of your address and postcode   

Terms and Conditions Rides Wristbands

• The opening of all rides is dependent on the current weather conditions.
• Please note that height restrictions apply, and some medical conditions may prevent you from riding. Please refer to the ride's guidelines for further details.

General Terms and Conditions    

• Brighton Palace Pier cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen wristbands and vouchers. Once purchased, vouchers cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Vouchers are ONLY valid for the day purchased.
• The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances. To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to others.
  You are responsible for your belongings when attending an event. Brighton Palace Pier does not accept any responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue. Lost property items are kept for 14 days.
• Smoking is not permitted on Brighton Palace Pier and is a fire and safety risk. If you are found smoking on Brighton Palace Pier you will be asked to leave immediately by the security team. Designated smoking areas exist in the fenced outside areas of Horatio’s Bar and Palm Court Restaurant.
• The voucher purchaser represents and warrants that the voucher is purchased for personal use only, and that the voucher may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a voucher or ride wristband is grounds for

  • Choose from any meal to the value of £20
  • No cashback if value of £20 is not met
  • Includes one soft drink. Bottled soft drinks not included.

Terms and Conditions Sweet Treat Vouchers

• Redeemable from fast food kiosks only
• Sweet treat vouchers can be exchanged for either a small bag of donuts or one ice-cream 
• Please ask attendants for allergens

Terms and Conditions Food and Drink Vouchers – Hen Party Bronze package only

• Redeemable from fast food kiosks only
• Food and drink vouchers can be exchanged for fish and chips, hotdog and chips, burger and chips or one whole pizza. Includes one soft drink.
• Please ask attendants for allergens

Terms and Conditions Champagne Celebration Voucher – Hen Party Silver and Gold packages only 

• Redeemable in Palm Court Restaurant only
• Includes Big fish fillet of cod served with freshly cut chips, salad and mushy peas
• Includes one glass of champagne.
